Let's take a look at tools such as social bookmarking, wikis, blogs, and RSS readers and discuss how they can be used at your organization to capture and share employee knowledge. Several examples of tools will be provided, and issues such as security and liability will be explored. Come prepared to share your favorite tools and discuss your own personal experiences!

must be in 24 hours in advance otherwise there's no guarantee that you

1. From the 805, take the Mira Mesa Blvd Exit and head east.
2. Turn left on Lusk Blvd.
3. Make a U-turn at Morehouse Drive.
4. Turn right into the Qualcomm campus. (This is a private entrance which is not marked by a street sign.)
5. Tell the security guard you're here for RefreshSD.
6. Park in the garage on the left, and then follow the signs to the Qualcomm Research Center (Building QRC).
7. Pick up your badge in the lobby and head to room 119-B.
