Phelan has set up/paid for the new domain.
To truly preserve it long term, I think we should have some informal roles, starting with secretary and treasurer.
It might be a good idea to consider either asking for donations and/or having some sort of annual voluntary membership fee. This money would go primarily towards paying for the domain. I'd be in favor of registering the domain for as many years as possible as there's no real reason why this group should fall apart in the foreseeable future.
We could consider using money for other things, but I think the priority for now should be in ensuring that we have complete control over the domain and it is not at risk.
