Coldfusion Developer need for quickie

I know from our meetups that we have a couple of CF developers amongst us.

I need a CF developer who can create a fairly simple script that will allow taking of an existing 'ugly' url such as '/script.cfm?id=123' and replacing it with an SEO friendly url such as '/path/to/whatever'.

It will actually be a couple of scripts. One will replace the existing '/script.cfm' and do permanent redirects to the clean url. The other script will handle all requests at '/path/*', parse the request URI, do a DB lookup to determine the 'id' and call on the original script to generate the same output under the new URI.
