Digital Form Signatures

I have a client who wants to use some kind of digital signature system.

They have different forms such as a non-disclosure agreement, and want the user to be able to fill it out and sign it online.   Right now, the user has to download the PDF file, print it out, sign it, and fax it back.

has any delt with Digital signatures yet?
